I'm Sara!
I believe some of the biggest shifts in our lives begin when we make space to listen to ourselves.
I know because I’ve lived it. Choosing myself changed the trajectory of my life and ultimately led me to the work I do today.
Along the way, I discovered somatic breathwork and learned that the body often knows what the mind has been trying to figure out. The more I listened, the clearer I became about who I was, what mattered, and how I wanted to live.
Today, I help women create that same kind of connection within themselves, so they can trust what they know, choose what they want, and feel fully alive in the lives they’re creating.
